Christie Brinkley set to revisit the courtroom

By Super Admin

London (ANI): Model Christie Brinkley is set to revisit the courtroom after her ex hubby Peter Cook accused her of breach of custody agreement. The former couple had ended their 10-year marriage last year in a nasty divorce battle following Cook's affair with his then 18-year-old assistant Diana Bianchi.

While Brinkley had been granted the custody of their two kids, Cook was allowed weekly visits, reports the Daily Express. Cook filed papers alleging that his ex-wife had failed to deliver their son Jack's passport in time despite knowing about his planned vacation with his father in November leading the 13-year-old to be left out during the entire trip.

The architect's submitted legal writing claimed "breach of their agreement for Brinkley to provide Cook with Jack's passport by 19 November - three days before they were due to fly." Brinkley's attorney Peter Caronia slammed the accusations as "baseless and really rather petty".
