London (ANI): Dom DeLuise, best known for his performances in films including Blazing Saddles and Cannonball Run, has passed away. He was 75. DeLuise's family said that the actor died in his sleep at a hospital in Los Angeles after a long illness. His pal and fellow actor Burt Reynolds insists that there would 'never be another like him".
The duo worked together in several films including The End and Smokey and the Bandit II. "I never heard him say an unkind word about anyone. I will miss him very much," the BBC quoted Reynolds as saying.
DeLuise appeared in scores of films, TV shows and Broadway plays and gave voices for numerous cartoon characters.
