Gibson's pregnant girlfriend files second lawsuit

Melbourne, (ANI): Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is said to have filed her second lawsuit in nine days, with the latest accusing a former manager of selling sexy lingerie photos to the media.

Grigorieva, 38, had last week sued a web hosting company that claimed the domain name www.oksanagrigorieva.com, and she has now used the same high-powered Los Angeles law firm, Lavely and Singer, to file the new suit, reports News.com.au.

In the new lawsuit, Grigorieva claims that former manager, Samuel Oriti, had agreed the photos and negatives from her 2004 shoot were her 'exclusive property' and that they would be used only to secure an endorsement deal with a 'prominent lingerie company'. The photos appeared on website Radar Online in April after news broke that she was dating Gibson, who was divorcing his Australian wife of 28 years, Robyn.

In the lawsuit, Grigorieva, who is described as an 'internationally known model, pianist, musical composer and performer', alleges that Oriti sold some of the photographs to third parties for public display without her permission.
