Katie Price under 24-hour protection over death threats

London (ANI): Jordan a.k.a Katie Price is reportedly under 24X7 protection after receiving a string of death threats since pulling out of the jungle reality show I'm a Celebrity. The glamour girl was said to have provoked a stack of hate mail during her stint in the jungle that forced her to step up her family's security.

The 31-year-old now fears being embroiled into a feud between her former cage fighter lover Alex Reid and international cocaine trafficker Nick Wood. She is reportedly so scared she may axe the plans of ex-husband Peter Andre to take their kids to visit his sick dad in Australia.

"Peter is desperate for her to do the decent thing and let him take the kids out to Oz," the Daily Star quoted source close to the star as saying. "But Katie is petrified about letting the kids out of her sight at the moment with all these threats flying around," the source added.
