Lindsay Lohan's Labour Pains not in big screens

Melbourne, (ANI): Lindsay Lohan"s new film Labour Pains has failed to make it to the big screen and will first release in DVD form in August this year.

In the film, Lindsay Lohan plays Thea Clayhill, a publishing secretary who fakes a pregnancy to protect her job but falls in love with her boss's brother and confesses the truth.

The development adds to the woe of the actress who refused to star in the new hit comedy The Hangover which moved on to amass 100 thousand dollars at the box office, the Courier Mail reports. Problems don"t seem to end there for Lohan, as a Florida chemist has charged her of stealing the formula for her tanning range 'Sevin Nyne".

Jennifer Sunday has sued her for the cosmetic, which Lindsay insists she had been developing for the past three years with partner Norit Simon before launching it this summer.
