sued
the

host,
claiming
that
she
was
dismissed
after
being
falsely
accused
of
having
sex
with
a
pilot
during
a
flight
in
June.
The
lawsuit
alleges
that
fellow

best
friend
Gayle
King

accused

and
Terry
Pansing,
a
57-year-old
pilot,
of
having
sexual
intercourse
during
a
flight
in
which
the
talk
show
host
and
other
passengers
slept
"following
their
ingestion
of
sleeping
pills".
Gehrls
claimed
that
Gooch
made
the
accusation
after
Pansing
reportedly
complained
about
his
work
schedule
and
demanded
that
he
stay
in
nicer
hotels
than
the
rest
of
the
flight
crew.
Gehrls
is
seeking
more
than
75,000
dollars
in
damages
from
Gooch,
Bumpus

Harpo
Inc.,
Winfrey's
production
company,
reports
Usmagazine.
The
lawsuit
said
that
the
both
Gehrls
and
Pansing
passed
polygraph
