Charlie Sheen’s wife told cops about previous attack

Washington (ANI): A police affidavit has been released that gives further insights into Charlie Sheen"s domestic violence case. In the sworn statement, officer Rick Magnuson, one of the cops from Aspen, Colorado, says that Sheen"s wife Brooke Mueller told authorities that her husband had attacked her before.

Mueller also confirmed that they were arguing over her saying she wanted a divorce, reports RadarOnline.com. The Two and a Half Men actor"s wife also revealed that her husband grabbed her by the throat while straddling her on the bed and then pulled out a knife before holding it to her throat and threatening, “You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I"ll kill you."

Mueller said that Sheen told her that her mom"s money meant nothing and that he had ex-police he could hire who “know how to get the job done and they won"t leave any trace." In the affidavit, Sheen also confirmed that the cause of the alleged altercation was Mueller telling Sheen she wanted a divorce.

Sheen claimed that a fight ensued in which he claims a tamer version of events, saying that they both hit each other on the arm and both shouted at each other.
