Charlie Sheen’s wife told cops about previous attack

A
police
affidavit
has
been
released
that
gives
further
insights
into
Charlie
Sheen"s
domestic
violence
case.
In
the
sworn
statement,
officer
Rick
Magnuson,
one
of
the
cops
from
Aspen,
Colorado,
says
that
Sheen"s
wife
Brooke
Mueller
told
authorities
that
her
husband
had
attacked
her
before.
Mueller
also
confirmed
that
they
were
arguing
over
her
saying
she
wanted
a
divorce,
reports
RadarOnline.com.
The
Two
and
a
Half
Men
actor"s
wife
also
revealed
that
her
husband
grabbed
her
by
the
throat
while
straddling
her
on
the
bed
and
then
pulled
out
a
knife
before
holding
it
to
her
throat
and
threatening,
“You
better
be
in
fear.
If
you
tell
anybody,
I"ll
kill
you."
Mueller
said
that
Sheen
told
her
that
her
mom"s
money
meant
nothing
and
that
he
had
ex-police
he
could
hire
who
“know
how
to
get
the
job
done
and
they
won"t
leave
any
trace." In
the
affidavit,
Sheen
also
confirmed
that
the
cause
of
the
alleged
altercation
was
Mueller
telling
Sheen
she
wanted
a
divorce.
Sheen
claimed
that
a
fight
ensued
in
which
he
claims
a
tamer
version
of
events,
saying
that
they
both
hit
each
other
on
the
arm
and
both
shouted
at
each
other.
