Tiger Woods might have planned to quit golf to save his marriage but his wife Elin Nordegren seems to have made up her mind to divorce him. Elin is planning to claim half the 337.5-million-pound fortune the ace golfer has earned. The Swedish model who has moved out of Woods' Florida mansion is in touch California's top celebrity divorce lawyer.

29-year-old Elin who has two kids with Tiger was recently seen minus her wedding ring. She will be meeting celebrity lawyer Sorrell Trope in what could be the largest divorce settlement in sports history. 82 year old Trope a partner in the Californian law firm Trope and Trope has represented stars like Nicole Kidman, Nicolas Cage and Britney Spears in the past.

It has also been learnt that Elin plans to file for the divorce in California and not in Florida. Under the divorce laws in California the "no-fault divorce" clause means there is an equal division of assets and property.
