Washington
(ANI):
Charlie
Sheen
has
decided
to
stay
out
of
his
Los
Angeles
home
keeping
in
mind
the
restraining
order
stopping
him
from
coming
close
to
estranged
partner
Brooke
Mueller,
who
is
currently
occupying
the
house,
sources
say.
The
couple
had
got
involved
in
a
row
on
Christmas
day
at
her
rental
house
in
Aspen,
Colo.
However,
Mueller
has
flown
back
to
L.A.
with
the
couple''s
twin
sons,
while
Sheen
is
busy
shooting
his
show
Two
and
Half
Men.
Brooke
has
personal
matters
and
places
to
take
the
twins
in
Los
Angeles,
so
she
went
home
for
a
few
days.
Charlie
is
staying
with
a
friend
for
the
time
she
is
there," People
magazine
quoted
Brooke"s
lawyer
Yale
Galanter
as
saying.
Now,
the
couple
need
to
be
present
in
Colorado
on
20th
January
for
court
hearing.
"Brooke
still
has
her
house
in
Aspen
and
will
be
back
next
week,"
Galanter
tells
PEOPLE.
"So
will
Charlie.
But
not
together."
