Washington
(ANI):
Johnny
Depp
likes
to
do
the
“funderwhack" happy
dance
from
his
forthcoming
film
'Alice
in
Wonderland"
in
private,
according
to
director
Tim
Burton.
The
helmer
suggested
that
the
actor,
who
plays
the
Mad
Hatter,
generally
refrains
from
doing
it.
"He's
injured
himself.
He
cannot
do
it
today.
You
wouldn't
question
Fred
Astaire
like
this,
he
[Depp]
likes
to
keep
his
fuderwhacking
private,
as
we
all
do," Fox
News
quoted
him
as
saying.
Meanwhile,
Depp
revealed
that
Burton
had
his
own
vision
of
happy
dance.
He
said:
“The
happy
dance
was
something
that
Tim
had
a
very
curious
vision
for.
But,
I
can
fuderwhack
with
the
best
of
them.
We
had
to
treat
that
like
a
stunt."
The
'Pirates
of
the
Caribbean"
star
said
that
if
Burton
had
asked
him
he
would
have
even
played
the
role
of
Alice
in
the
flick.
He
said:
“He
could
have
said
I
was
playing
Alice
and
I
would
have
said
yes.
I
would
have
done
whatever
character
Tim
wanted,
certainly
the
Mad
Hatter
was
a
bonus
and
great
challenge."
The
film
is
set
to
hit
screens
soon.
