very
well'
and
will
complete
his
treatments
soon.
"He
is
about
to
finish
his
treatment
and
the
doctors
could
not
be
happier," the
New
York
Daily
News
quoted
her
as
telling
People.com
at
the
Ryder
Cup's
Welcome
to
Wales
gala
in
Cardiff.
She
added
that
she
attended
the
event
in
Douglas'
honor,
who
is
an
avid
golf
fan.
"Michael
will
be
on
Skype
screaming
for
the
Americans.
He
wishes
he
could
be
here," the
Welsh-born
actress
said.

Daily
Mail
reported
Zeta-Jones,
41,
gave
the
welcome
speech
at
the
event,
and
teared
up
on
stage
as
she
spoke
about
her
husband
of
nearly
10
years.
"Everyone
couldn't
be
happier
with
his
progress.
He's
holding
up
with
great
strength
and
dignity,"
she
added.
