Washington, (ANI): Basketball player Tony Parker"s sudden move to file his own divorce papers has made his wife Eva Longoria 'very upset".

Parker filed his own divorce papers in Texas, just days after Longoria filed in California. According to the sources Longoria's side had absolutely no idea that Parker's lawyer has filed the docs and the actress was "very upset" when she found out, reports TMZ.

Both Parker and Longoria want their prenup enforced. But when Longoria's lawyer filed the divorce papers, the attorney checked the box that reserved the actress right to collect spousal support - something that is inconsistent with their prenup.
