Jeff Bridges gets the top honour at the Oscars

Actor Jeff Bridges walked away with the top honour at the 82nd Academy Awards today. He was adjusted the Best Actor Male for his wonderful performance in the film Crazy Heart, which is built on the idea 'the harder the life, the sweeter the song.'

Jeff beats actors like George Clooney, Colin Firth, Morgan Freeman and Jeremy Renner to bag the Oscar. He thanked his parents and wife at his acceptance speech.

Jeff has acted in films like K-PAX, The Last Picture Show, Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, Tron, Starman, The Fabulous Baker Boys, The Fisher King, Fearless, The Big Lebowski, The Contender, The Mirror Has Two Faces, Iron Man, and Crazy Heart, which won him the Academy Award.
