London
(ANI):
'Pirates
of
the
Caribbean" star
Keira
Knightley"s
1.3-million-pound
flat
has
been
ransacked
by
burglars.
Raiders
rifled
through
the
star"s
rooms
and
made
off
with
two
laptops.
Detectives
believe
they
may
try
to
sell
sensitive
contents
on
the
computers,
which
are
worth
around
2,000
pounds.
The
burglars
had
walked
in
off
the
street
after
pushing
open
a
faulty
communal
door
at
her
block
near
Hyde
Park,
central
London
and
then
forced
an
internal
door
leading
to
Keira's
home.
Keira,
25,
was
away
at
the
time
and
is
now
on
holiday
and
police
was
waiting
for
her
to
return
to
list
exactly
what
is
missing.
“Keira
is
mortified
to
think
anyone
has
been
rummaging
around
her
personal
stuff.
She
feels
violated
and
doesn't
know
if
she
wants
to
return
to
the
flat," the
Sun
quoted
a
senior
police
source
as
saying.
A
statement
from
Scotland
Yard
said,
“Officers
from
Westminster
CID
are
investigating
a
residential
burglary
at
the
flat.
A
forensic
team
from
Westminster
CID
was
dispatched
to
dust
for
any
fingerprints
or
shoe
marks
left
behind."
