Melbourne,
(ANI):
Animal
rights
campaigners
are
fuming
after
Kim
Kardashian
donned
two
fur
coats
in
the
same
day
in
New
York,
despite
her
sister
having
fronted
an
anti-fur
ad
for
PETA.
The
reality
TV
starlet
attracted
the
ire
of
animal
rights
campaigners
after
being
spotted
stepping
out
in
a
knee-length
fur
coat,
accessorising
her
controversial
look
with
a
broad-brimmed
hat
and
gold
belt,
reports
News.com.au.
Later,
the
curvaceous
star
was
seen
walking
in
a
short-sleeved
black
fur.
In
2008,
Kardashian's
younger
sister
Khloe
joined
the
ranks
of
celebs,
who
have
stripped
off
for
PETA's
"I'd
rather
go
naked
than
wear
fur" campaign.
This
week
PETA
has
issued
a
statement
against
the
star.
“Kim
Kardashian
is
a
woman
who
has
everything
-
except,
it
seems,
an
ounce
of
sympathy
for
the
animals,
that
have
the
fur
ripped
off
their
backs
so
that
she
can
purchase
yet
another
gaudy
jacket.
We
wish
she
would
take
a
cue
from
her
fur-free
sister,
Khloe
Kardashian
-
but
evidently,
kindness
and
generosity
don"t
run
in
the
family," the
statement
reads.
