revealed
that
keeping
busy
and
maintaining
a
healthy
lifestyle
has
helped
her
retain
her
bikini
body.
Bell,
30,
who
is
appearing
on
the
dual
covers
for
the
September
issue
of
Shape
in
which
she
shares
her
30
best
stay-fit
tips,
finds
an
active
lifestyle
to
be
much
better
than
any
fad
diets.
“I"m
like
a
jackrabbit
throughout
the
day
and
like
to
keep
moving
whenever
I
can," People
magazine
quoted
her
as
saying.
“I
love
to
do
projects
around
the
house.
I
have
a
very
old
sewing
machine,
and
if
I
spot
something
I
like
in
a
magazine,
I
want
to
see
if
I
can
make
it,"
she
said.
She
also
revealed
that
instead
of
depriving
herself
of
caloric
sweets,
she
makes
compromises.
“More
flights
of
stairs
means

can
eat
more
candy!"

added.
