Sandra Bullock to divorce love rat Jesse James

New York, (ANI): Sandra Bullock has made up her mind to divorce her love rat hubby Jesse James, say reports. She has been in hiding since news of her hubby's cheating scandal broke.

"She has made up her mind. She is talking to her lawyer and definitely decided to file for divorce from Jesse ... She is over him," the New York Daily News quoted a friend of the actress as telling US Weekly.

However, James has gone to rehab and is hoping that some privacy will help him recover and save his marriage to the Blind Side actress, said his friend and attorney Joe Yanny.

"This whole thing has destroyed Jesse's entire universe. Right now, he's a broken man," he said. "Jesse is in love with Sandra. The single most important thing to Mr. James and the children is that the marriage somehow survive," added Yanny.

Yanni claimed that James is still in love with Bullock, 45, and hopes their five-year marriage can be saved.

To date, the motorcycle mechanic has been accused of carrying on affairs with five women. Tattooed model Michelle McGee was the first one to come forward and admit having an 11-month affair with the married man.
