London
(ANI):
Famous
publicist
Max
Clifford
feels
Tiger
Woods
has
taken
too
long
to
publicly
apologise
for
his
extra-marital
affairs.
The
PR
adviser
insisted
that
appearing
on
select
shows
like
Oprah
Winfrey,
could
have
limited
the
damage.
"If
it
can
be
avoided
you
make
sure
the
story
doesn''t
come
out
but
if
you
know
the
story
is
going
to
come
out
you
try
to
control
it," the
Telegraph
quoted
him
as
saying.
He
added:
"He
should
have
gone
on
TV
earlier
so
everybody
can
see
and
hear
what
he
had
to
say.
"If
you
come
across
as
genuinely
remorseful
and
you
show
that
you
at
least
have
the
balls
to
stand
up
and
take
it
on
the
chin
people
will
move
on." Woods
sexcapades
were
exposed
last
year
following
a
car
crash
outside
his
Florida
home.
