Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren is reportedly planning to avoid her divorce from the scandal-hit golfer. After visiting him at a sex addiction clinic, Elin is said to be hoping to save their marriage for the sake of their children.

Elin Nordegren spent five days with the golf star at the rehab clinic as part of his rehabilitation treatment program in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Elin, who suffered a lot after her parents divorced when she was a child, wants to avoid her divorce because she does not want her children - daughter Sam and son Charlie, face the same difficulty.

"Elin wants a solid family life. She was a child of divorce and felt her dad slighted her. She absolutely does not want that to happen to Sam and Charlie. So she wants to keep her family together even if she and Tiger live together as friends instead of lovers," a source told People magazine.

However, Woods has taken an indefinite leave of absence from professional golf to solve his personal problems after 14 women claimed sexual relationships with him. He wants to stay married to Nordegren. Keeping the family together is very important for him. So he is doing whatever it takes to keep Elin from leaving him and taking the kids, source adds.
