Angelina Jolie in Cleopatra 3D version

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has finally put all the speculations to rest. She revealed at the Cannes Film Festival that she is in talks with director David Fincher of Fight Club fame to make Cleopatra, a 3D retelling of the life of the ancient Egyptian queen.

When asked if she is joining hands with Fincher for Cleopatra, she was in the affirmative. “Yes, we just don't know. It's all very early. Fincher's been an old friend, so we've always been looking for something to do," MTV quoted the Tomb Raider actress as saying.

Angelina Jolie is currently busy working for her directorial debut film, which is a love story set during the Bosnian war in early 1990s. She has tentatively named the film, In the Land of Blood and Honey.
