Bradley Cooper in talks for lead role in The Crow

Actor Bradley Cooper is said to be desperate to play the lead role in director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo's upcoming film The Crow. The Limitless star is reportedly in talks with the production house Relativity Media for the role in the film, which is a remake of the 1994 with the same name.

Sources claim that Bradley Cooper had recently met Juan Carlos Fresnadillo in Spain. The Spanish director is said to have narrated the story of the film The Crow. Meanwhile, he also gave him a vision of the lead character in the movie, which impressed the actor a lot and made him desperate to take up the project.

However, James O'Barr had written the story for the original movie The Crow in 1993. Now, Nick Cave has been hired to rewrite the script with a draft from Stephen Norrington. The story revolves around a man, who takes revenge on the murderers of his lover. This action thriller will be released in 2012.
