Pictures' Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 has earned $343.1 million domestically and $792.4 million in international market over the weekend.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 was expected to beat Transformers: Dark of the Moon ($344.2 million) to become the top grossing film of 2011 in North America. However, the movie is only days away from overtaking Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides ($798.1 million) to become the No. 1 international title of the year.
