Actor Dwayne Johnson a.k.a The Rock, who has just started filming
for his upcoming movie GI Joe 2: Retaliation in Louisiana, has
unveiled his first look in the film. The Hollywood star has tweeted
his picture, taken during preparation of the shooting. The image
features the wrestler-turned-actor as a warrior.
Dwayne Johnson posted his first look in GI Joe 2: Retaliation on
Tuesday. In the image, he is donning a full costume of his
character, complete with a big gun, while standing on a sandy
place. Along with his photo, the actor also posted a comment, "1st
day of shooting. 110 degrees. Bring It."
However, GI Joe 2: Retaliation is a sequel to GI Joe: Rise of
Cobra and Dwayne Johnson is joining hands with the original cast of
the movie, Channing Tatum, Ray Park and Lee Byung-hun. GI Joe 2 is
being directed by Jon M Chu at the helm. The production on the film
has started in June. Paramount Pictures has planned to release it
on June 29, 2012.
