Fear
Factor
is
coming
back
after
almost
half
a
decade
after
the
show's
cancellation
due
to
many
issues.
The
National
Broadcasting
Company
has
decided
to
bring
back
this
classic
series
when
they
realized
that
the
show's
earlier
episodes
still
drew
good
TRP's
on
their
other
network
Channel
Chiller.
According
to
reports,
NBC
has
asked
the
show
to
record
10
episodes.
Paul
Telegdy,
the
head
of
NBC's
alternative
programming,
said
that
no
other
show
has
even
come
close
to
doing
what
has
already
been
done
on
Fear
Factor.
The
show
now
aims
to
feature
scarier
and
bolder
stunts
as
camera
and
stunt
technologies
have
improved.
David
Hurwitz
and
Matt
Kunitz,
the
original
executive
producers
of
this
are
getting
back
to
do
their
magic
on
the
new
episodes.
There
are
also
rumours
that
Joe
Rogan,
the
original
host
of
Fear
Factor
may
be
coming
back.
“Joe
was
a
great
host.
I
think
his
brand
and
his
personality
is
associated
with
this
show.
We'll
sit
down
with
Joe
and
see
if
something
he
even
wants
to
do.
He'll
certainly
be
very
high
on
the
list," David
Goldberg,
chairman
of
Endemol
North
America
(Producer
of
Fear
Factor)
told
the
Entertainment
Weekly.
