Pictures
has
announced
the
news
about
it
on
Thursday
after
the
last
movie
in
the
series,
Harry
Potter
and
the
Deathly
Hallows
Part
2
concluded
its
first
week
in
theaters
around
the
world.
According
to
the
studio
report,
Harry
Potter
and
the
Deathly
Hallows
Part
2
has
grossed
$640.2
million
at
the
worldwide
Box
Office.
The
final
installment
in
the
Harry
Potter
series
has
collected
$214.9
million
in
the
domestic
centres,
while
its
earning
at
the
international
Box
Office
went
up
to
$425.3
million.
Now,
bosses
of
the
movie
hope
that
it
would
cross
$1
billion
mark.
Talking
to
The
Hollywood
Reporter,
Warner
Bros.
Group
president
Jeff
Robinov
thanked
actors
and
filmmakers
and
author
Jo
Rowling
for
making
it
huge
successful
franchise.
Robinov
said.
"We
are
extremely
grateful
to
the
Harry
Potter
fans,
who
have
remained
loyal
to
the
movies
for
more
than
a
decade."
