love
for
yoga.
The
Friends
star
has
claimed
that
it
is
an
essential
part
of
her
life
and
practising
it
on
a
daily
basis
keeps
her
in
good
spirits.

do
yoga,

is
very
important.
I
love
it.
If

not
doing
it,
then
my
spirit
sort
of
goes.
I
try
to
do
some
form
of
exercise,
even
if

just
for
20
minute
a
day,
so
that
I
get
my
body
sweating
and

habits,
