Actress
Joan
Collins,
who
is
best
known
for
her
flamboyant
role
IN
TV
series
Dynasty,
was
rushed
to
the
hospital
after
she
fainted
at
the
Vanity
Fair
post-Oscar
party
in
Sunset
Tower
Hotel.
The
actress
says
that
the
reason
behind
her
swoon
was
her
very
tight
dress,
which
made
her
feel
dizzy
and
fall
unconscious.
Joan
Collins
was
there
in
the
party
for
seven
hours
and
the
tight
dress
she
wore
made
her
woozy.
She
rested
on
a
sofa
in
the
hotel's
Tower
Bar.
Later,
her
husband
Percy
Gibson
called
for
an
ambulance
and
she
was
discreetly
helped
out
of
the
back
of
the
hotel.
Talking
to
New
York
Post,
the
actress
said,
"We
had
been
there
for
seven
hours,
and
I
started
feeling
dizzy.
I
tried
to
get
some
air,
but
I
felt
really
faint."
The
TV
star
added,
"I
wanted
to
leave
in
our
limo,
but
Percy
decided
to
call
an
ambulance.
We
went
to
the
hospital,
and
they
did
all
the
tests
before
the
doctors
told
me
I
was
absolutely
fine
and
released
me.
The
truth
was,
I
made
the
wrong
decision
to
wear
a
very
tight
dress,
and
had
something
rather
like
a
Victorian
swoon.
The
good
news
is,
I
am
in
good
health
and
feel
fine
today."
