Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz at Pirates 4 premiere

Actor Johnny Depp and actress Penelope Cruz attended the extravagant premiere of the movie Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, at Anaheim, California on Saturday, May 7. Depp was wearing his black-and-white suit, while Cruz stole the spotlight with her full-length black gown on the occasion.

Johnny Depp looked simple on the event and spent time with his fans during the special screening. Penelope Cruz, who is entering Pirates series as Angelica with this film, stunned the crowd with her midnight off-the-shoulder custom gown from Marchesa. Her gown was embroidered with feather and jet crystal detail.

Several other cast members like Geoffrey Rush, Ian McShane, Keith Richards and Astrid Berges-Frisbey attended the event. Meanwhile, Ashley Tisdale, Eva Longoria, Emma Roberts, and Teri Hatcher also made it to the event. Another attraction of the Pirates 4 premiere was various fun games.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is a 3D fantasy action-adventure film, directed by Gore Verbinski. It is the fourth film in the Pirates of the Caribbean series. It revolves around Jack Sparrow and Barbossa, who embark on a quest to find the elusive fountain of youth, only to discover that Blackbeard and his daughter are after it too. It is slated to hit the theaters on May 20.
