Vanessa Hudgens, who was roped in to play the role of an abandoned pregnant teen in Gimme Shelter, has bagged a key role in The Froze Ground. If reports are to be believed, she will be seen as a serial killer's surviving victim in the upcoming Hollywood film.
Reports say that Vanessa Hudgens has joined the cast of The Froze Ground, which also has Nicolas Cage and John Cusack. The movie is based on a true life events, which occurred in Alaska. A serial killer named Robert Hansen, who abducted and murdered 24 women in a span of 12 years.
Scott Walker is making his directorial debut with The Froze Ground. He has written the screenplay for the forthcoming Hollywood film. Randall Emmett, George Furla, Mark Ordesky and Jane Fleming are producing the movie. The shooting of the film will kick-start on October 17, in Anchorage, Alaska.
