Director
Zack
Snyder
is
all
excited
after
his
latest
movie
Sucker
Punch
got
a
huge
opening
across
the
globe.
Now,
he
is
gearing
up
for
the
upcoming
Superman
reboot,
which
is
being
produced
by
Warner
Bros.
and
Legendary
Pictures.
He
has
recently
roped
in
actress
Amy
Adams
iconic
role
in
the
film.
Earlier,
the
names
of
several
actresses
were
speculated
for
the
role
of
journalist
Lois
Lane
in
Superman
reboot.
But
on
Sunday,
Zack
Snyder
has
cleared
air
by
announcing
the
name
of
Amy
Adams
for
the
role.
Now,
she
joins
Henry
Cavill,
Diane
Lane
and
Kevin
Costner
on
the
production.
In
a
statement
to
the
Hollywood
Reporter
on
Sunday,
Zack
Snyder
said,
"So
we
are
excited
to
announce
the
casting
of
Amy
Adams,
one
of
the
most
versatile
and
respected
actresses
in
films
today.
Amy
has
the
talent
to
capture
all
of
the
qualities
we
love
about
Lois:
smart,
tough,
funny,
warm,
ambitious
and,
of
course,
beautiful."
However,
Superman:
Man
of
Steel
is
currently
set
for
a
December
2012
release.
