Veteran royal watchers are saying that Kate Middleton and Prince William might already have some good news, as the royal couple's trip to Africa has been cancelled because the vaccinations needed for the trip will be harmful for pregnant Kate.

According to a Royal family insider, watching their friends become parents has helped boost William and Kate's decision to follow suit. However, Kate and William will not take the spotlight away from the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebration, so it's speculated that the announcement won’t happen for a while.

A source says that Prince William, 30, and Middleton are in a hurry to have kids because Queen Elizabeth wants this to happen as soon as possible. She’s well into her 80s, and Prince Philip is even older and just had a heart attack at Christmas time. She’s already splashed out on $200,000 nursery at Kensington Palace as a not-so-subtle hint to get Kate moving.
