Dakota Johnson's Bold Role In 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Is Causing Family Feud

Dakota Johnson is facing some family problems for doing a steamy hot role in BDSM themed movie, 'Fifty Shades of Grey'. It has been reported that Dakota Johnson's family members have expressed their unhappiness about their daughter's explicit scenes and raunchy role in the upcoming erotic movie. 'Fifty Shades of Grey' is an erotic movie based on the bestseller novel by E. L. James of the same name.

Dakota is playing the role of a naive student, Anastasia Steele in the much awaited movie which is slated to release on Valentine's Day. It also stars Jamie Dornan as the BDSM obsessed billionaire entrepreneur Christian Grey in the lead role. Although the movie doesn't have raunchy scenes as read in the trilogy of Fifty Shades, Dakota's family is not happy over her bold role on the silver screen.

After Johnson's father decided to boycott the movie, her grandmother, veteran actress Tippi Hedren, stood against her granddaughter's decision to star in the Sam Taylor-Johnson directed movie, The Express reported. However, Dakota's mother is supporting her daughter.

Dakota's father Don Johnson, who is best known for hit 1980s TV police series Miami Vice, is appalled and has publicly slammed her over the film's torrid nude scenes. He said that he will boycott her debut as a star because "it's just not the kind of movie I would see," said Don.
