MTV VMAs 2014 Winners List

The MTV VMAs 2014 was a glitzy gala evening where artists were awarded for their excellence. From Beyonce winning the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award to Miley Cyrus getting the Best Video of The Year Award, we have the complete list of winners from the VMAs 2014.

Well the good news is that Miley Cyrus grabbed the Best Video Of The Year Award for Wrecking Ball. She left behind Beyonce and Jay Z's Drunk In Love, Iggy Azalea ft. Charli XCX, "Fancy" Pharrell Williams, "Happy" and Sia, "Chandelier" to win this award. People especially Miley's fans liked the wrecking ball which was even spoofed on social networking sites.

Meanwhile, Katy Perry won the Best Female Video for Dark Horse. The other nominees for this award were; Ariana Grande ft. Iggy Azalea, "Problem" Beyoncé, "Partition", Iggy Azalea ft. Charli XCX, "Fancy" and Lorde, "Royals".

Katy Perry ft. Juicy J - “Dark Horse”

Katy Perry won the Best Female Video for Dark Horse. The other nominees for this award were; Ariana Grande ft. Iggy Azalea, "Problem" Beyoncé, "Partition", Iggy Azalea ft. Charli XCX, "Fancy" and Lorde, "Royals".

Beyonce

Beyonce won the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. The award was presented by none other than her hubby, Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy. The couple silenced divorce rumours on the stage.

Miley Cyrus "Wrecking Ball"

Miley Cyrus grabbed the Best Video Of The Year Award for Wrecking Ball. She left behind Beyonce and Jay Z's Drunk In Love, Iggy Azalea ft. Charli XCX, "Fancy" Pharrell Williams, "Happy" and Sia, "Chandelier" to win this award.

Ed Sheeran ft. Pharrell Williams - “Sing”

They grabbed the Best Male Video Award.

Lorde "Royals"

The Best Rock Video Award went to Lorde for Royals.

Ariana Grande ft. Iggy Azalea - “Problem”

Ariana on the VMAs stage after receiving Best Pop Video Award.

Beyonce and Jay Z "Drunk In Love"

Best Collaboration Award went to Beyonce and Jay Z for Drunk In Love.

Drake ft. Majid Jordan “Hold On (We’re Going Home)”

Drake won the Best Hip-Hop Video Award. However, Drake did not attend the VMAs.

Beyonce “Pretty Hurts”

Beyonce left behind David Guetta's One Voice and Avicii's Hey Brother to grab Best Video With A Social Message Award for Pretty Hurts.

Eminem "Rap God"

Eminem won the Best Editing Award for Rap God.
