For many years, Sandalwood has done a lot to put a break to the piracy and it is also successful to an extent. But that has not prevented it from continuing and piracy stills haunts Kannada film industry. After Kannada actor Kiccha Sudeep here is another multilingual actor, who has waged war against piracy monster. Yes it's none other than Prakash Raj, who is very upset with the growing menace of piracy.

Oggarane is the remake Malayalam movie Salt And Pepper, which had Lal, Shwetha Menon, Mythili, Asif Ali in the lead role. The soothing family entertainer was also simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil as Ulvacharu Biriyani and Un Samayal Arayil respectively. Beside directing the movie Prakash Raj also played the lead role along with Sneha, Samyuktha Hornad, Tejas, Mandya Ramesh, Achyuth Kumar, Urvashi and others in the significant roles.
