After months of speculations, 'Bennifer', who made one of the ideal celebrity couples released a joint statement announcing their decision to get divorced.

This shocking announcement was made jointly by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner a day after their 10th wedding anniversary. In a statement to DailyMail, the couple said: "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time."

Before becoming a husband of the gorgeous and bubbly actress, Ben Affleck, who is the father of 3 kids with Jen, had some high-profile romances which kept him in news.

10 years before becoming a family man with Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck had an infamous romance with Jennifer Lopez. Love blossomed on the sets of their film, Gigli in 2002.

Although Jennifer Lopez hated being dubbed as 'Bennifer', she was really heartbroken when her wedding after the engagement, was called off in 2004. Then engaged Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck postponed their wedding in September 2003 and called off their wedding by January 2004 after being together for 2 years.

After Jennifer Lopez's dream wedding was called off, Ben Affleck started dating Jennifer Garner in 2004. When the couple married in the Turks and Caicos Islands in June, 2005, the Jennifer Garner was four months pregnant with their first child, Violet.

The 'Bounce' stars dated for three years, beginning in 1997 to 2000. Ben once told GMA that Gwyneth's perfect man would be someone like her father and she said his ideal woman would be "any sort of stripper at Scores... that serves cold beer in a bikini."

Earlier this year, Paltrow told Howard Stern, "He was not in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend," and also admitted that whatever she told over the heat of the moment about Ben's stripper women was indeed true!
