Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds Welcome Their First Child, Reports

Blake Lively has reportedly given birth to her first child with hubby, Ryan Reynolds. Blake and Ryan are said to have welcomed their first child together shortly before the new year.

Though the baby arrived earlier than expected, both Lively and the newborn are doing well. Congratulations to the new family!

Blake reportedly gave birth to the couple's child over the holidays, Page Six reports. The former Gossip Girl star allegedly went into labor near their Bedford, NY home, the news outlet claims. People has also confirmed the news.

Neither the name nor the baby's sex have been revealed yet. Even the reps of the celebrity couple have not confirmed the news.

Lively shared more photos from her baby shower on her lifestyle website, Preserve, as well. Blake and her friends are seen celebrating with cake and gifts. Lively penned a short note about her pregnancy on her site.

"With a new baby on the way there is so much to do! But before experiencing the joy of 3am screams, seemingly impossible amounts of poop and having a favorite shirt covered in reflux... there are presents to open, onesies to dye, there is cake to serve, advice to be shared and all around celebration to be had. And that we did..."

When news broke that Ryan's wife Blake Lively was pregnant, he immediately shared the baby names he was already thinking of.

In October 2014, the actor said, "I don't want a name that's anything pretentious or, like, Hollywood-y." Ryan Reynolds revealed what names he has in mind when he was expecting his first child with Blake Lively. "I'm going with Excalibur Anaconda Reynolds...that's if it's a girl," Ryan joked.

Well, if the news is confirmed then the New Year celebrations just got better for Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively with their little bundle of joy. Ryan and Blake Lively got hitched in 2012 and it was a hush hush wedding. Ryan was previously married to Scarlett Johansson.

Scarlett too welcomed a baby girl in September last year with fiance, Romain Dauriac.
