Taylor Swift dropped a major bomb when she released a star studded music video of 'Bad Blood' in may. The song is talking about the mistrust and betrayal by a friend.
As we all know, Tay Tay was talking about none other than Katy Perry, her friend turned foe, and the feud has gone public since last year.
The music video featured 15-16 stars which includes her BFFs, Selena Gomez, Kendrick Lamar, Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Ellie Goulding, Jessica Alba, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne and many more playing different characters.
The video broke Vevo's 24-hour viewing record by accumulating 20.7 million views in its first day of release (May 17th), beating the 19.6 million 24-hour record previously held by Nicki Minaj for her song "Anaconda" in 2014.
Now, Madonna has tried something similar and included a lot of cameo appearances of stars like Beyonce, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West to name a few in her party themed song, Bitch I'm Madonna.
Although there is no bad blood between Tay Tay and Madonna, the song is like a cooler replica of 'Bad Blood'. Fans are comparing 'Bitch I'm Madonna' to 'Bad Blood' and feel that Madonna failed to keep up to the anticipation she built for weeks on Instagram.
We have some of the biggest artists in music industry doing cameos in 'Bitch I'm Madonna'. However, the song is not getting that much of positive feedback as Tay Tay got for her song filled with her BFFs in the video.
Moreover, Madonna's new peppy song can become a party hit soon, but it did not break Tay Tay's Vevo 24-hour record.
