Oops! Candice Swanepoel Falls On Stage At NYFW's Givenchy Show

Oops! Candice Swanepoel fell hard on the runway while walking for Givenchy's Spring/Summer 2016 collection on the ramp of ongoing New York Fashion Week.

The Victoria's Secret Angel was parading at the Givenchy catwalk on September 11 during New York Fashion Week, when she tripped over her fashionably unlaced boots. Dressed in a black lace dress and bleached eyebrows, Candice looked pretty but she suffered the worst and most embarrassing moment in her modeling career.

The 26-year-old South-African model has stunned on the runway uncountable times but supermodels too can stumble on the ramp (thanks to the complicated unlaced boots). Candice went down in the middle of the runway, but was able to retain her composure throughout the whole mishap. Smiling Candice sportingly walked the runway at Givenchy SS16 show showing she was doing fine.

The Victoria's Secret Angel had to purposefully wear the trending fringed boots unlaced but the pattern was too embarrassing for the model.

Candice tumbled forward on the catwalk after losing her balance, and stumbled badly on the ramp. The look of panic, then pain with her tongue out over the mistake was just awful! A chivalrous gentlemen from the front row rushed to her aid, and as she was guided to her feet she let the rest of the audience know she was unhurt.

Post the mishap,Candice shared a photo of her scraped knees on Instagram after the night ended showing she was a little hurt! "Thank you to who ever picked me up off the runway tonight. 🙏🏻left with little scratches but mostly a bruised ego 😁☺️😘 #ohwell," she captioned the pic.

Givenchy's front row was star-studded with the most loyal celebs like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Other stars like Ciara and Nicki Minaj too attended the show.
