Disney Drops 'The Jungle Book' Teaser Ahead of Trailer Release

Ahead of the official trailer of the much awaited Disney's "The Jungle Book", a short teaser has been released on Walt Disney's social media accounts.

The 6 seconds long teaser takes fans into the jungle, journeying through the trees before showing a glimpse at Mowgli standing alone in the middle of the wilderness.

Directed by Jon Favrea, the new take on Rudyard Kipling's classic tale, features Neel Sethi who is playing the role of Mowgli.

A new poster for the Disney film was revealed during Disney's D23 conference.

The film stars newcomer Neel Sethi as Mowgli, and features the voices of Scarlett Johansson (Kaa the python), Ben Kingsley (Bagheera the panther), Idris Elba (Sher Khan the tiger), Bill Murray (Bhaloo the bear), Christopher Walken (King Louie the orangutan), and Lupita Nyong'o (Raksha the mother wolf).

The film is scheduled for an April 15, 2016 release in the US.
