Emmys 2015: Best Moments From The History Making Night!

2015 Emmy Awards was nothing less than an entertaining show. From Viola Davis' historic win to Tracy Morgan's emotional return to Jimmy Kimmel eating a winner's name envelope, we saw a lot of things happening at the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.

The three-hour awards show had its mixed bag with some best and worst moments. This year's show was hosted by Andy Samberg and his opening monologue with the song was a nice mix of gags and jokes.

In his opening monologue, Andy Samberg commented on age and wage gaps between men and women in the industry.

Jon Hamm finally won the Emmys after entertaining for 8 long years and the Mad Men star crawled to the stage to receive his award from Tina Fey.

Amy Schumer delivered a kickass speech after winning best sketch comedy series. Tracy Morgan made an emotional comeback but in his true style, not only made us weep but also laugh by saying, "I've only recently started to feel like myself again, which means a whole lot of young women are going to get pregnant at the afterparty."

This was Tracy's first major public appearance since the 2014 accident that left him comatose for eight days.

Viola Davis

The 'How To Get Away With Murder' actress became the first African American woman to win the Emmy for best lead actress in a drama. It was her first nomination and win at Emmys and her acceptance speech which spoke about color and opportunity won hearts!

Jon Stewart

Jon Stewart's acceptance speech for outstanding variety talk series was a mixed bag of emotions. It is not even 2 months since he ended his culture-shifting run on The Daily Show, and at the end of his acceptance speech, he said, "You will never have to see me again," which we hope is not true!

Jimmy Kimmel

Jimmy Kimmel was set to present lead actor in a comedy but instead of reading out the name from the list of nominees, the comedian ate the paper which left the crowd half-laughing, half-cringing. Of course the curious nominees would have wanted to kill him but it was fun.

Tracy Morgan

In her acceptance speech, she said she was pursuing a lame but vogue sex talk TV series before her friend and the show's head writer pushed her to make a show. This show really fights for what we believe in," she said in her speech.

Jeffrey Tambor

Jeffrey Tambor became the first actor ever to win an Emmy for playing a trans character Maura Pfefferman and win outstanding lead actor in a comedy series for Transparent. Apart from giving a shout out to Caitlyn Jenner confidante Jennifer Finney Boylan, he dedicated his award to the transgender community
