It
was
the
first
wedding
anniversary
for
George
and
Amal
Clooney.
However,
the
Gravity
star
recently
revealed
that
he
did
not
celebrate
the
first
year
of
his
wedding
to
Amal
in
a
grand
way
with
fireworks
and
gifts.
Instead
the
couple
kept
it
low
profile
and
very
much
intimately
private
with
a
dinner
together.
The
54-year-old
hunk
told
Extra's
AJ
Calloway
that
he
was
taking
a
low-key
approach
to
the
couple's
first
anniversary.
He
also
joked
that
there
was
no
need
for
fireworks
as
they
will
celebrate
many
more
anniversaries
together.
"We
had
our
first-year
anniversary
two
nights
ago," Clooney
said
while
at
a
screening
of
his
cult
film
'O
Brother,
Where
Art
Thou?'
at
The
New
York
Film
Festival
on
Tuesday
night.

George
arrived
with
his
stylish
wife
who
turned
heads
around
wearing
an
emerald
green
mini
dress.
'I
had
to
start
off
by
(going
to)
a
Jerry
Weintraub
event...
and
then
afterwards
she
and
I
got
to
sneak
out
and
have
a
dinner,'
he
told
Extra.
Host
AJ
teased
Clooney,
"That
was
it,
just
a
little
dinner?"
"What
are
you
gonna
do,
shoot
off
fireworks?",
Clooney
joked.
"You
know,
sometimes
you
just
go
to
dinner," he
simply
said.
"This
is
the
paper
anniversary
you
don't
want
to
go
too
crazy
on
the
first,
you
know,
you've
got
a
lot
more
to
do,"
he
said.
We
agree
with
you
Mr.
Clooney!

After

George
Clooney
in

of
People
said,
"feels
pretty
damn
great."
"George
and
Amal
radiated
love
all
night," Alamuddin's

"The
wedding
was
so
unbelievably
special,
it
was
legendary.
These
three

-
the

the
families,
the
atmosphere,
everything
-
will
stay
with
me
all
the
rest
of
my
life."
