Chris Pratt might have turned out to be one of the hottest and successful men in Hollywood who also gave blockbuster movies after playing a funny fat man on TV. However the American actor who will be next seen in the action-adventure film "Jurassic World", has recently confessed that he once worked as an amateur stripper.
The 35-year-old actor opened up about his struggling past in the July issue of Red Bulletin. "I was always a very much naked person. I loved to always get naked," the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star revealed to Buzzfeed in 2013.
"I was very free, so I thought, 'I may as well get paid.'" Chris
Pratt dropped out of college in his first semester and sought a job
that could support himself.
His job as a discount ticket agent was short-lived which led him to work as a stripper. He dubbed himself a "cheap Magic Mike" because he was paid $40 for each performance.
The actor also admitted that his career in Hollywood didn't go smoothly. He once auditioned for "Avatar", but failed to make the cut.
"That's just one of the movies I auditioned for and didn't get. I wasn't getting any parts. None! I tried for almost every movie you didn't see me in," he told the magazine.
Pratt is currently busy promoting the highly-anticipated "Jurassic World" which will be released in the US on June 12.
The movie features Chris Pratt, joined by Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Ty Simpkins, Judy Greer, Omar Sy and Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan.
