Kate Middleton Returns With A Bang Post Maternity Leave, Does Cardio In Heels

Kate Middleton is back with a bang! After the birth of her daughter, Princess Charlotte, the Duchess of Cambridge was on a maternity leave and made her last appearance during the christening of princess Charlotte on July 5th.

Wearing a Ralph Lauren dress, Kate showed her all new hairstyle during her visit to the Anna Freud Centre in London.

The Duchess of Cambridge made her first public appearance post maternity leave and visited the Anna Freud Centre, a children's mental health center in London, which marked her official return to public duty.

Letting her bangs loose, the mother of two looked magnificent and fresh in the houndstooth print dress.

During her appearance at the health center, the new mommy did cardio wearing heels and also played a fancy NeuroTracker game.

Kensington Palace shared a video of Kate Middleton doing cardio on Instagram. "25 hits - 0 misses! The Duchess and and Kaionel beat the cardio wall in the SmartGym at the Anna Freud Centre's Family School today," they captioned the video.

"The Family School provides alternative education for children with serious emotional and behavioural issues and their families," it further read.
