This
time,
Kim
Kardashian
West
is
planning
a
healthy
pregnancy
which
will
help
her
stay
fit
and
also
prevent
pre-eclampsia
attack
during
her
second
delivery.
"The
last
pregnancy,
I
ate
a
donut
every
single
day,
I'm
not
doing
that
this
time," the
expecting
34-year-old
told
Us
Weekly
last
Tuesday.
"To
be
honest,
I've
had
really
bad
morning
sickness,
day
sickness,
night
sickness.
I
can
barely
get
out
of
bed," Kim
revealed.
So,
it
is
obvious
that
this
time,
Kim
with
her
experience
knows
how
to
stay
healthy
and
avoid
complications
during
her
second
pregnancy.
During
her
first
pregnancy,
Mrs.
West
delivered
daughter
North
West,
five
weeks
early
due
to
complications
from
pre-eclampsia,
which
causes
extremely
dangerous
high
blood
pressure.

again.
According
to
TMZ,
the
34-year-old
Keeping

has
hired
an

to
devise
a
weekly
meal
plan
with
more
focus
on
two
things;
include
lots
of
water
and
the
diet
is
low
in
sodium.
"It's
a
very
different
type
of
pregnancy
from
my
first
one," Kim
who
has
laryngitis
explained
to
Us
Weekly.
"But
I'm
so
grateful
to
be
pregnant
when
we
didn't
even
think
it
was
going
to
happen
for
us.
I
don't
care
how
sick
I
am."
