KUWTK About Bruce: Kris Jenner Breaks Over Bruce's Transition

After Bruce Jenner admitted that he is transgender to Diane Sawyer in an interview, his estranged wife, Kris Jenner is finding it hard to accept the truth. Although the news of his transitioning was doing the rounds for about a year since their separation, Bruce's interview has broken the family.

A new clip from an upcoming E! special, Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce shows Kris Jenner breaking down into tears over the news. Last month, Bruce told the world, "For all intents and purposes, I am a woman."

E! will air a two-part special, Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce and a clip shows Kim Kardashian talking to her mother, Kris Jenner about it. While talking to daughter Kim, Kris is in tears and says on the Olympian's transition, "I have these memories of this life, and I feel sometimes like it didn't exist."

However, Kim tries to explain her mother, "He has to deal with this for his entire life of waking up and feeling like 'whoa, this isn't my body. This doesn't feel comfortable.'"

(At this time, Bruce Jenner is choosing to not live publicly in the media as a woman and will be referred to as Bruce Jenner and with male pronouns until he specifies otherwise.)

In addition to this special, E! will also air an eight-episode documentary series chronicling Bruce's new life as a transgender woman. Part One premieres Sunday, May 17, at 9:00 p.m. Part Two follows Monday, May 18, at 9:00 p.m.
