Back in May, Michael B. Jordan was spotted leaving a Met Gala after party with Kendall Jenner. This lead to speculations that the supermodel is dating the actor but no one came forward to address the rumours.
Finally after months, the 'Fantastic Four' actor has spoken about those dating rumours in GQ's new issue.
Michael B. Jordon slammed the rumours of him dating the reality TV star turned supermodel and said that they are just friends.
"It's the world we live in. They see white and black. I don't," he said while addressing the racist reactions to dating Kendall. "Kendall's a friend of mine, you know. I don't know her, like, that well, but I know her enough. People's perspective on that is what it is. I don't fucking know. I don't live my life to make other people happy. It's so weird, though, right? A lot of black fans were feeling like 'Oh, my god, he should have been with a black woman' and that whole thing."
The 28-year-old actor also admitted that for now, he is not interested in sort of romantic relationship with a woman.
"I try and be focused," Michael said as he is focusing on his profession, which has definitely kept him girlfriend-free for quite some time.
"I told myself at a young age that I would sacrifice all my twenties to my work. I'm 28. I've got a year and a half left...I'm emotionally unavailable. Until I find something that's so undeniable that I can't help myself."
