Miley Cyrus, Emma Watson, Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner's shocking bruised and beaten images seen in the new anti-domestic violence campaign. The project is called "No Woman is Immune from Domestic Violence."
Artist and activist AleXsandro Palombo has used images of these Hollywood celebrities from different occasions and brilliantly edited them to make it look like the celebrities were subjected to domestic violence in real! The campaign was out yesterday, December 1, 2015.
The artist told Daily Mail that the whole point of this campaign is to make sure people realize domestic violence doesn't spare anyone. Even the most famous people around the globe could suffer in silence if they don't talk about it.
Another reason behind choosing these celebrities in the campaign is the amount of attention the pictures of the celebrities beaten and bruised could gain. Palombo says, "life can be a fairytale if you break the silence."
The artist shared these images on the social media and within a few minutes, the campaign gained a huge number of viewers. He has also paired a few animated characters in their battered form along with these celebrities.
Kim Kardashian, the 34 years old reality star was a victim of domestic violence when she was married to Damon Thomas. Apparently, Thomas beat her up and restricted her from meeting her friends or family. "He was very much the 'King of the castle' ", Kim said.
