Richard Gere is in India again for the
shooting of The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. This time, he
met the Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in New Delhi. After
shooting in Rajasthan, Gere went to New Delhi and met the Prime

with a Hollywood star after becoming the Prime Minister. Last time,

Richard Gere was in Rajasthan for the shoot of The Second Best
Exotic Marigold Hotel, a sequel of the 2011 British comedy-drama.
The sequel also stars Judi Dench, Dev Patel and Maggie Smith, Bill Nighy
and Tena Desae.
Gere is the chairman of Gere Foundation and Global Envoy of
International Buddhist Confederation. He visits India a lot of
times and has also ended up in a controversy last time. Richard
Gere kissed Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty on the stage of an event
which gathered a lot of criticism. In 2007, Richard attended
HIV-AIDS awareness in New Delhi, where he kissed Big Brother 5
