back

Christmas.
A

clip
showing
a
footage
from
the
special
series
which
will
be
shown
this
Christmas
was
dropped,
and
we
are
finally
relieved
seeing
Benedict
Cumberbatch
and
Martin
Freeman
back
in
action!
After
the
huge
success
of
last
season,
Sherlock
Holmes
is
coming
back
and
this
time
they
are
taking
us
to
the
Victorian
Era
in
the
short
2015
Christmas
special.
A
new
footage
showing
Sherlock
(Benedict
Cumberbatch)
and
Dr.
Watson
(Martin
Freeman)
coming
back
to
their
221B
house
in
Baker
Street
just
excited
us!
The
clip
was
aired
at
Comic-Con
yesterday
where
Sherlock
and
Watson
return
home
and
Mrs.
Hudson
(Una
Stubbs)
tells
them,
"I
do
wish
you'd
let
me
know
when
you
were
planning
to
come
home."
Sherlock
replies,
"I
hardly
knew
myself,
Mrs.
Hudson."
At
the
end
of
the
clip,
we
read
that
the
Sherlock
Victorian
Christmas
special
is
coming
"soon...ish."
We
see
Martin
Freeman
donning
a
different
look
with
handlebar
moustache
and
a
pocket
watch.
Meanwhile,
show's
creator,
Steven
Moffat,
revealed
during
the
Comic-Con
panel
that
the
Victorian
Christmas
special
of
Holmes
will
be
shown
in
selected
theaters.
This
means
that
Benedict
and
Martin
are
coming
to
the
big
screen
as
well!

as
preliminary
promotion
for
Benedict
Cumberbatch
and
Martin
Freeman's
special
begins.
Dressed
in
Victoria-era
classic
three-piece
suits,
Benedict,
38,
and
Martin,
43,
look
dapper
as
they
pose
together
for
the
camera
bring
back
their
crime-fighting
partnership
on
BBC.
A
fourth
series
comprising
of
three
episodes
is
expected
to
follow
in
2016.
