The mother of twins aged 7, refrains from having a number of substances. This includes, alcohol, caffeine and tobacco. All her meals contain just 2 digit calories and the singer has two personal trainers. Below are all the details about her diet and exercise routine.

Gracing the magazine's cover and looking absolutely stunning, Jlo talks about her 90 calories breakfast, which is nothing more than a chocolate body lab shake. She says, 'I do it with quinoa milk or water.' The singer also admitted to not having had caffeine in years.
Though she has her dose of coffee everyday, it's decaf. If you are wondering why she's so picky about her diet, the singer says, 'That really wrecks your skin as you get older.' She needs to get 10 hours' sleep to stay sane and pass through a day without any emotional upheaval.
Jennifer Lawrence also said that she and her family mostly consumes green. 'We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale'. She prefers having dinner with her family by 6:30 in the evening and then hit the sack to get her goodnight sleep.
Addressing the issue most of us are concerned about, the sun, she said, 'I'm rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. I've never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself'.
And of course, the workout part which majority of human beings despise. JLo says, 'I don't like doing it later; it's harder to get there when I have my day going already. I work out three or four times a week. When I'm in New York, I work out with David Kirsch'
'He's an amazing trainer. When I'm in L.A., I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body.' she added.
